I’m Lucy, and I live in Turners Hill with my three children. I’ve been practising yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2010. Over the years, I’ve taught countless students, run retreats, led continuing professional development (CPD) workshops, and now run a well-respected yoga teacher training programme from my yoga studio.
But yoga isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I rely on.
It’s where I go to feel what I’m feeling, to meet myself honestly, and to manage the swirl of the mind. I hear the teachings I share with students echoed back at me every time I practise.
What’s always comforted me is this: the ancient yogis understood the chaos of the human mind long before smartphones or social media. The tendency to overthink, to react, to suffer—it’s not new. And thankfully, neither is the solution.
Yoga offers us tools to meet life with steadiness, clarity, and care. It’s not about being flexible. It’s about being free.
If that’s something you're looking for, you’re in the right place.
